How I Help Business Owners
I have over 40 years of experience working in the worlds of franchises and entrepreneurship. I am a strategic thinker and planner, with the ability to guide for-profit and nonprofit organizations to achieve their short-term and long-term financial and organizational goals.
I work with business owners from a variety of industries to improve their ROI using proven methods, that keep the focus on the business owner’s objectives, not my own personal beliefs. I help business owners define their goals and clarify their vision. With that in mind, we will formulate strategies and build actionable plans for business owners to implement so they can achieve their goals.
My Coaching Process
Business owners and executives tend to wear a lot of hats and carry the weight of the world on their shoulders. With that in mind, I have designed my coaching process to be as streamlined as possible to save valuable time.
My process is designed for the busy entrepreneur or executive who needs support but doesn’t have enough hours in the day for full-time coaching. It consists of a series of video calls, accountability plans, visual tracking, and reward systems to help business owners focus on developing their business instead of working inside of their business.
In addition to working one-on-one with business owners and executives, I also have experience facilitating off-site team meetings and best practice panels with business leaders.
